ASMR是最近比较流行的说法(其它还有耳音、耳搔、大脑高潮等等)，简单来讲它就是透过声音来刺激耳朵，耳朵再传达到大脑造成反应，这个反应看人不同而有不一样的状况，比方说像头皮发麻、起鸡皮疙瘩、产生开心愉悦放松等心理反应，对於失眠跟减轻焦虑也有帮助
